I’ve been to Zurich/Switzerland the past few days. This photo was taken at the Paradeplatz which is the place above all the money which is stored in switzerland and shows the tramstation Paradeplatz.
Die letzten Tage war ich in Zürich. Dieses Bild habe ich an der Tramstation Paradeplatz aufgenommen. Unter diesem Platz befindet sich das ganze Geld welches in der Schweiz lagert.

Salzburg by night

I’m about to leave Salzburg/Austria in a view hours again after attending a conference there. Yesterday evening I went up the Mönchsberg and took some nightshoots of the City.
In ein paar Stunden werde ich Salzburg/Österreich wieder verlassen. Gestern Abend habe ich den Mönchsberg erklommen, um ein paar Nachtaufnahmen von der Stadt zu machen.

Traffic lights

As you can see the picture is a long time exposure close to the Schanzenviertel in Hamburg. Once I saw a photo where all three colours of the traffic lights where “on” and I asked myself how they did it. But it is so easy…
Wie man sehehn kann handelt es sich um eine Langzeitbelichtung gleich neben Hamburgs Schanzenviertel. Ich sah mal ein Photo auf demm alle Farben einer Ampel leuchteten und fragte mich wie das wohl gemacht wurde… Naja, es ist gar nicht schwer

Close to the Elbtunnel at Hamburgs River Elbe is one of worlds biggest Container-Ship-Terminal. Everytime i Pass by there I think I should go there by night which I finally did. This photo is part of the results.

In der Nähe des Elbtunnels an der Hamburger Elbe ist einer der Weltgrößten Containerterminals für Schiffe. Jedes Mal, wenn ich dort vorbei fahre denke ich, dass ich dort mal bei Nacht anhalten sollte um zu photographieren was ich mittlerweile getan habe. Dies ist ein Teil des Ergebnisses.

Car Crash

This morning had been a heavy car crash on the Highway A7 close to Hamburg. One Car was burning and an Army Truck fell on one side. There had been a lot of Policeman, Firefighters and Paramedics to work for the victims. A honorable mention goes out to two persons who evacuated the patients out of the burning car.
Heute Morgen gab es einen schweren Verkehrsunfall auf der BAB 7 in der Nähe von Hamburg. Ein Fahrzeug brannte und ein LKW der Bundeswehr hat sich auf die Seite gelegt. es waren viele Polizisten, sowie einsatzkräfte von Feuerwehr und Rettungsdienst im Einsatz um den Betroffenen zu helfen. Besonders erwähnen möchte ich zwei Ersthelfer die sich um die Rettung der Verletzten aus dem brennenden PKW gekümmert haben.

This picture shows Warnemündes green lighthouse at the entrance of the harbour of Rostock. In the background is a ship passing by which was guided by the light.
Der grüne Leuchtturm von Warnemünde dient dem Schiff, welches im Hintergrund vorbei fährt, als Orientierung beim Verlassen des Hafens von Rostock.

This image was taken back in January 2006 in Budapest. Since then and longer I am thinking of having a photoblog. I already had one befor but spam made it no fun and i closed it. Now I want to start this photoblogging thing again and I want to share some photos with other photo geeks.

Feel free to leave a comment! I love to plaudit but critcism is at least as worthy!
